“Ordered 15 pounds of fresh hot. Order came within a day after being notified that they were being picked. All were in great shape and ready to roast. This is my 5th year to order and have always had great customer service . Can't find chillies in our state so am really happy to be able to have them shipped to us .”

“I ordered the Hot and they sent mild. I contacted them and they quickly made it right and sent the Hot, however, I am not satisfied with what they call Hot, it has no heat or very little heat to it. I guess if I decide to order again, I will opt for the extra Hot and see if it has any heat to it. I am not sure how you all gauge "Hot" but you may want to get a seasoned Chile Consumer to help you identify what is Hot. Because these Chile's sent to me as Hot are not Hot at all. As far as value for the money, it was worth what I paid for, I just wish I could have gotten what I desired.”
