“The chilis arrived in great condition! We roasted right on hard wood coals and steamed them in bags. They are delicious and hot! And hot is what we wanted. Exceptional chilis!”

“We're very happy with our shipment of hot fresh Hatch chilies. They weren't packed in a cold pack but arrived quickly and in very good shape. The chilies were big and beautiful! We roasted them on our bbq, then froze them for later use. Just pulled some out of the freezer tonight; they added a lot of flavor to our navy bean/fresh corn/chile dish. Yummy!”
