“These are great-- though maybe not quite as hot as we'd prefer, so we ordered a batch of X-Hot which should arrive in a week or so (yippee!). These, along with our other order of Medium chiles will work fine, but if you like 'em HOT-- I suggest X-Hot this year (changes from year to year). Thx!”

“Each year since I have been away from New Mexico, I have ordered my chiles from the Hatch Chile Store because I can always count on a great product and exceptional customer service. I have never been disappointed with any of my orders. As I roast my chiles, the aroma takes me home to New Mexico. I highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store!!!!”
