“We bought 20 lbs of Joe Parker and 15 lbs of the Mild. All packages arrived on time, in great, fresh condition and the quality of Hatch Chilis, as well as the customer care, service and support of Parker and Elaine are all superb. We held our own first roasting party near Charlotte NC and it was great fun and produced enough roasted chili that we froze for the whole year.”
