“These arrived fresh and I did not have to throw one away. They have a nice mild heat...good for kids and softies who cant take the heat..but great flavor. I have another box coming and I ordered a box of Lumbre (hottest) to mix in with these when I want more heat...this is a great company. We can get these by standing in line for like 4 hours once a year...so its easier this way and the cost is very comparable to buying them locally.”

“Just got my 25 lb box of Joe E Parker medium heat Hatch chili peppers 2 days ago. Boy that’s a lot of peppers, but I planned to share with friends anyway. They were in perfect shape, maybe 4 or 5 had small bad spots on them. Out of perhaps 175+ peppers in the box, that is amazing for being shipped across the country. Took me 2 evenings to roast and prepare mine. Some have been frozen, some going into pesto, some being eaten straight. They are wonderful, and my house smelled great while preparing them! You can’t go wrong buying these! I’ve also bought their jarred products and been very pleased. Great company!”
