“When I got my Chile it was pretty bad. A lot of red pods and wilting, and the bottom had rotting Chile pods. You said you were going to send me another box, as you said it on your e-mail to me stating my Chile stayed at the UPS station too long. You said it couldn't have been helped at how long it takes to SHIP ANY ITEMS. I find this to be incredulous. With your business being the growth, process, and shipping FRESH produce your mailing service must be up to par, or find a different carrier that lets fresh items in their warehouse to sit at a loss. Thank you for business, but I will not be ordering from you anymore.”
