“I know this years harvest has had its struggles, but it’s probably one of the best tasting and hot batches we’ve ever tasted! The extra hot, is EXTRA HOT! Roasting and peeling was easy! “When I got my Chile it was pretty bad. A lot of red pods and wilting, and the bottom had rotting Chile pods. You said you were going to send me another box, as you said it on your e-mail to me stating my Chile stayed at the UPS station too long. You said it couldn't have been helped at how long it takes to SHIP ANY ITEMS. I find this to be incredulous. With your business being the growth, process, and shipping FRESH produce your mailing service must be up to par, or find a different carrier that lets fresh items in their warehouse to sit at a loss. Thank you for business, but I will not be ordering from you anymore.”
