“I couldn’t be happier with this Hatch green chile. It absolutely meets the standards I’ve come to expect from authentic Hatch green chile, with great flavor and just the right amount of heat. Living in Florida, finding truly good, authentic hot green chile can feel almost impossible. That’s what makes this family’s effort so special. They’ve made it possible for people like me, who live far from New Mexico, to get our hands on quality Hatch green chile without having to travel halfway across the country. You can taste the care and pride that goes into what they’re doing. The chile is excellent, and I’m grateful to this family for making authentic Hatch green chile accessible here in Florida. “This year came and was not xtra hot like last year. I guess thats weather dependent. The store itself seems to have caring staff no complaints here. The UPS has been a constant problem though. Late deliveries impacting the quality. This year the fresh chile showed up with frost on it and was clearly frozen at some point. The chile when thawed turned to pure water and over half completely wilted. Basically unroastable”
