“I get the Xtra hot Lumbre for certain dishes I make - can't find these in any of our local grocers and the delivery was super fast and the peppers so fresh - I spent a couple minutes just absorbing the aroma!”

“Because the rest of the world finally discovered green chile about ten years ago, it's virtually impossible to find really hot chile anymore. The growers just keep making it milder and milder every year, and I don't blame them. They are expanding their client base. As they should. But the one chile you can still count on the pack a real punch is Hatch lumbre. It will make you break a sweat. I order it every year and can't imagine ever stopping. If you want milder chiles, well, they have those too. I recommend them highly. And the best thing is.... It just leaves more lumbres for me.”

“The extra hot is as advertised. We were glad that we cleaned out the seeds and membranes before we used some of it. It certainly has an extra Dimension to our food. But it’s so good”
