“This year came and was not xtra hot like last year. I guess thats weather dependent. The store itself seems to have caring staff no complaints here. The UPS has been a constant problem though. Late deliveries impacting the quality. This year the fresh chile showed up with frost on it and was clearly frozen at some point. The chile when thawed turned to pure water and over half completely wilted. Basically unroastable”

“My wife and I are addicted to the Hatch New Mexico chilies. We love doing business with you guys. Always fresh and always ontime. We make a Saturday morning our roasting day. I tell you this, the smell of the chilies brings out the neighbors. We share. Same time next year.”
