“The Hatch Green chiles arrive fresh and I roasted them. The quality/hotness seemed uniform. In the past, I would drive to New Mexico for my Hatch chiles each year. Having them delivered fresh to my home is a great cost saving.”

“The quality of chile peppers I received was excellent. I cannot get X-hot where I live so ordering it online has been great! I definitely feel I got my money's worth ordering from here!”

“My order #23787 was for XXX-Hot Fresh Green Chile, when they arrived I tried on to see if they were hot and it was NOT. I have yet to find one that is what a XXX-Hot Hatch Green Chile should be. The ones I received last year were hotter than these and they were only the Hot.”
