“Arrived fresh and just as the box says-pungent! Great smelling chiles, even green color, perfect in size and shape for roasting. Lumbres made for an excellent tomatillo salsa with a great roasted chile flavor and a lingering heat, as well as green chile sauce that doesn't sacrifice flavor for heat. A few were canned per the NMSU extension office instructions, but those in the freezer have held up well so far!”

“Excellent hot chili. Roasted up very nicely and full of that excellent hatch chili flavor that we crave. We will be ready for more next year as this supply will not last long. The whole family loves this hatch chili.”

“About 20+ Chili's were rotten...The first batch we received was good and had no rotten chiies and they were delicious. But the Lumbre were the ones that had bad chilies.”

“I ordered from you twice in a month. The first order came fast & the chile was excellent. The second order was shipped and took an extra day and the chile was OK but not as good. It was slightly wilted.”
