“Beautiful Fresh and amazing chilis!! They were so nice and meaty! Great flavor and perfect amount of heat! I loved my first order so much I got a second a couple weeks later! I've purchased with other companies and will def be a hatch lover for life! Great packaging too! Not a single grain of dirt was in there! I washed them and there was such little residue from shipping.. huge win for me! You can tell there's great care in all aspects of this company as we it deserves to be! I'm a former albuquerque resident who misses a taste of home.. this is the perfect key to recreate my favorite New Mexican dishes at home! Thank you!”

“Great experience from ordering them on the internet to the day I ate them. I am a return customer and I really enjoy my chilies, the flavor and quality are excellent!!! None of my chilies were bad and were picture perfect, and the heat and taste lived up to the hype. I will be ordering again. Thank you.”

“The only thing that I was shocked about was the packaging that the chilies came in. It was just a regular produce box. I don't know what I was expecting, but for the price I paid for shipping I thought it would be a little better. Other than that it was awesome”
