“Sooo good! Nice big green and meaty! Roasted, peeled and packed in the freezer. Already had barbq hamburgers with green chile the day of! Chile verde…great flavor perfect hotness for my family.”

“Arrived in reasonably good condition given 2-day air and going all the way across the country. Very low throw-away count. But very mild this year, not even close to the warmth I typically get from Joe Parkers. Peeled and processed all 25lbs without gloves and could still forget and rub my eyes later that day without noticing. Flavor is totally there though. Great tasting chile rellanos just really mild on heat. Ordered another 10lbs of Lumbre with hopes to mix in to get the desired medium heat making sauce and enchiladas over the course of the year. We shall see… those just arrived today.”

“Hatch Chile is a Part Of Our Family's For Many Years.. And We Moved From Albuquerque New Mexico To Indianapolis Indiana.. So That's why We Order and have it shipped So We Can Still Have That Flavor Off New Mexico!! Gotta Have That Green!!”

“I ordered a 25 pound box of Big Jim chiles and am very happy with the quality. The Chiles arrived in pristine condition, very fresh and unblemished. I am glad I chose the 2 day refrigerated delivery. I highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store and will use them again!! Great customer service too!”
