“Hi, 1st time buyer and I was so excited to receive freshly picked hatch green chilies. Maybe I had way to high of expectations because the chilies I received were very small and very thin. Tips were starting to rot. All I wanted was decent size chilies to make chili relleno's. After roasting they split and there wasnt enough skins to cover cheese after I put it inside. My bad.. I guess it is buyer beware. Flavor was out of this world though. Very expensive lesson and I feel so bad about this. Thank you Brad”

“I grew up in New Mexico and LOVE fresh Hatch Green Chiles! I now live in Virginia, it is such a treat to have fresh chilies available. Once we received our chilies we grilled them, peeled them, chopped them up and they are in the freezer! We will enjoy using the chilies in different recipes, they are DELICIOUS!”
