“Last year a friend from Albuquerque sent us a lovely box of green chiles. We loved roasting them & eating them over the winter & spring. We saved one frozen packet to enjoy just before this year’s harvest. We lived in Kayenta, AZ for 5 wonderful years. There is nothing like a warm piece of Navajo dry bread, a nice piece of roast mutton topped with a delicious roasted Hatch Chile….. Heaven on earth!”

“Decided to try ordering online after missing the Hatch Chile window at our local grocery store earlier this fall. I was pleased in every way: the peppers were large and very fresh, the weight was exactly as ordered, the shipping was speedy, and the customer service was top notch when I needed to request a delivery address change.
