“These hatch green chilies are the best ever. They arrive smelling fresh and delicious. I did have an issue with my shipment, where there were several that were starting to spoil. I reached out to The Hatch experts leaving email explaining my issue and sent to pictures. They promptly replaced what was bad and then some >>at no charge. Those came promptly, fresh... just perfect!! I fire roasted all of them over charcoal and we are set for the year.... although we have to ration ourselves to make them last. Can't say enough how professional courteous & trustworthy The Hatch Chile Store is and of course how WONDERFUL the chiles are!! “Delicious chilis that arrived fresh and in perfect shape. The house smelled wonderful when I roasted them. I made a batch of Hatch Green Chili Chicken enchiladas from this site and they were a big hit with the family! I will defiantly order these again!”

“Needed a Hatch Green Chili fix! Leaving the Southwest, didn't think I'd ever get to enjoy the unique flavors of my favorite and best chiles in the world! Was happy to find the Hatch Chile store would ship these fresh gems to us. Chiles arrived as promised, fresh and smelling like ambrosia! Got them all roasted and frozen. Chicken stuffed rellenos and green chili stew have already made us so happy. Love them!”
