“For some reason, these Medium chiles weren’t as green, fresh and as “solid” as the Hot ones. They had to be roasted right away. The color was a little lighter than usual and the chilies were already soft when they arrived. The Hot chiles were superb. They were firm to the touch, smelled like heaven and looked like they were just picked and shipped. Not so happy with the Medium ones this time though. Wish I had remembered to take a pic. So glad the Hot chiles did not disappoint. Thanks.”
