“I received my box of chilies 3 days after they were picked. After I roasted and peeled them I made a pot of pork green chili. The flavor from the chilies was fantastic with just enough heat to give it a nice kick. I will definitely be ordering more next year.”

“I ordered Big Jim chile but I'm not sure that's what I received. Big Jim chile is a meaty large chile and the order I received looked very different. I roasted it and froze it so I'll wait to try it out before I can really judge what I received. Not feeling very confident.”
