“I love my chili’s! I grew up in Colorado and Mexican food was my go to. I learned how to make New Mexico green chili and it is a favorite every time I make it. I don’t have a recipe just years of making it and using hatch chilies on the hotter side as everyone l know prefers more heat!!”

“Maybe just the batch I got, but they did not have much flavor and no heat at all. Next order I will order something with more heat. That said, service was prompt and great customer service.”

“Chiles were beautiful! I roasted them on the grill and the smell was intoxicating. The flavor is robust and the heat perfect for me. The customer service is great and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will be a regular customer from now on!!!”
