“Super fresh and delicious! Just two of us so we get 10 lbs and make a day of it roasting and peeling! Was referred to you by New Mexican cousins and this is our 4 the year. Use them in lots of things and just love them. Used to buy them in the grocery store, but they were ragged and all over the place heat wise--most too hot to eat and mislabeled. We're trying the mediums this year. Thanks for a great product! My only suggestion (actually a plea) would be to offer 15 lb size!”

“Very nice and fresh. Not hot at all and I used them in everything. I will buy these every year. Also a great and Honest company. I did not even need to refrigerate these when I received them and used them all. For me it was the perfect size box.”

“Arrived in great condition late afternoon and we roasted the next day. They taste delicious and sure do miss driving over to Hatch and getting fresh when we lived in AZ. Will be purchasing again next year. Thank you.”
