“Hatch Green Chilis arrived a week early, as I thought I missed the order deadline. Ordered on Saturday, shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, which was awesome. Shipping box was very study and almost filled to the very top, even after the peppers settled through the shipping process. 99.99% of the peppers were in great shape. Very happy with the selection and quantity received. Even received some red ones in the bunch! Stored peppers in the shipping box in a refrigerator for a week until I had time to make some salsa. Peppers still held up well for that week and only discarded a few. Smoked and used 180 peppers for salsa then froze the remaining. Placed whole raw peppers in freezer ziplocks and removed as much air as possible. Probably should have vacuum sealed, but we’ll see how they hold up. Looking forward to hatch green chili salsa, meatloaf, chili and fajitas over the course of the next few months! Will definitely order again. Thanks for a great experience. Only suggestion is to cut down on the emails. I’m sure I can reduce them somewhere in my settings, but feel I receive several per week.”

“Loved the Green Chile! Took me awhile to roast all of it but I did get it done! Great flavor, no flesh meaty and just enough bite to be really tasty! I’ll order again next year!”

“Wonderful came in fresh picked off the vine in a big box and everything was perfect ! We had to wait a day to get everything set up to roast them . I shared 8 pounds with my neighbors the whole neighborhood smelled excellent once both our bbqs were cranked up . Next year I will buy the pre roasted to try those and maybe a few jars in advance to get me through until next year”
