“The mild green chile arrived fresh and undamaged. The flavor was fabulous! Still has a touch of heat to it. I have already roasted it, made enchilada sauce and green chile stew, as well as still having bags of fresh roasted in the freezer. 25 lbs goes a long way. My friends are also benefiting from this, since I like to share.”

“Every year I look forward to my 25# box of Hatch green chile. Having lived and worked in Lordsburg, I'm all too familiar with Hatch Chile. When I moved to Tennessee I still had to have my chile, so I put in my order every year. You can't beat the freshness and taste of Hatch Chile fresh from the field. I use Chiles in a lot of my cooking. I wouldn't buy any green chile from anyone except Hatch Chile. Taste and quality is perfect. Thanks Hatch Chile.”
