“Last year I ordered some sandias and chargers. Sandias had some really good heat and great flavor l the chargers are the best chili I’ve ever had to make chili rellenos. There so meaty and had some good heat which is truly the best of both world. I have my pre order in for a 25 lb box of each”

“Had a slight problem with shipper not delivering on time, some spoilage occurred, but the Chili Store made it so right. I’ve had chili’s shipped to family & friends for the past 2 years. We can’t wait to order again next year. Thank you!”

“These chiles still have a little kick to them but oh how they enhance whatever it is you're making with their flavor included. We totally love these and wish I hadn't shared them with friends now. I want MORE.. but as is the end of season there aren't many left. We also purchased 5 lbs of medium so that will keep us going for some time. Don't hesitate purchasing these. The Hatch Chile Store is the real deal and their customer service is the best out there.”

“I received my hatch green chile order and all the chiles were in perfect shape! Very fresh. I have since roasted, food savered, and placed in the freezer for use over the winter. I love Hatch green chiles!”
