Hi Ronald, It doesn't look like you ever reached out to our customer service team about this issue. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you did order one of our 5lb boxes that came with free shipping. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage? “Product arrived timely and in good condition. One chili got a pretty mashed in shipment. Chilis were fresh and flavorful. I have to work on my roasting technique. Made a batch of green chili pork verde. Yummy. Gave a few chilis to our neighbors.”

“I was very happy with my chile! I wrote you guys about it. I started roasting the very day I received it. It took me 2 days to roast it on my stove top. So when i mentioned it. They suggested to buy it roasted and I did!!”
