“Was very disappointed in the condition my chilies arrived. Mold had developed on 7 of the peppers & most were very soft & small. Managed to use 10 peppers. I know this is not the norm for Hatch & think maybe the weather was a factor.”

Hi Gail, It doesn't look like you ever reached out to our customer service team about this issue. If we don't know about the issue we never have a chance to correct it. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you did order one of our 5lb boxes that came with free shipping. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage? Please send us photos of the spoiled chile that you received. As soon as we get those photos we will schedule a reshipment! “I absolutely was thrilled to receive my 5lbs of Hatch Chili's. They arrived in perfect condition. I spent the next day roasting them and packaging them up. I now have these wonderful chili's for the winter. Oh yeah, I also made a pork tenderloin stuffed with these chilis. Yum.”
