“I am so happy to have found this company! I don’t live in the SW anymore and you can’t find these chiles anywhere. We cooked some with dinner the day they were delivered and they did not disappoint! Fresh off the farm, perfectly mild, and delicious! I’m looking forward to enjoying them throughout the rest of the year.”

“Oh my! This was my first order and the first time I roasted some of the peppers, I did a small batch. I quickly realized that wasn't enough after tasting the first one. So delicious. I'm putting them on everything. They enhance the flavor of foods. I went back to their website to order tamales. Can't wait to try those.”
