“I love these chilies! So many things you can do with them. Hatch chicken chili, omg! Queso, on grilled burgers, stuffed with cheese. Keep well in freezer, five pounds will last awhile. Very good value, and good service. Will keep ordering.”

“Moving to SC sucks in the sense I said goodbye to green chile. No one here knows what it is, or has ever heard of it. Finding Hatch Chile Store was a godsend. The chile is always fresh and in great condition/quality. The flavor is amazing. I used a competitor , prior, and Hatch Chile Store is by far the best, wise, and quality wise.”

“They are. as advertised, a medium chile. I used some yesterday in a curry and they were fine. These are not as hot as Big Jims. will order these again.”
