“As a mobile newbie I used the starter kit but missed the free usage period at the front end because the navigation was not intuitive on the website. Service has been fine, but that little enticement to first-time users did not work for me, at all.”

“The service is as good as Verizon is in your area. In my area the service is spotty. The problem I have with USMobile is they are extremely frustrating to get the account number and pin from when trying to port out. They gave me the info after going through a lengthy chat session and then trying to convince me to stay. Then after having the info, I had to chat with them again to actually release the numbers as they were holding onto them. Because of the frustration with this, I do not recommend them and will not be returning.”
