“Fix your billing. A invoice is not the same a receipt! To get reimbursed you need to show that bill was paid. Have to call in every month to have this e mails. Yes, I can download the “invoice” online but that is not a receipt.”

“I've been with US mobile for a while, got my wife and family on it. Now I can't send text messages from my iphone. I changed the sim card, thinking it went bad, and still had the same issue. Spent several hours on the phone with customer support and no one could help me. No my wife is having the same issue. I am already looking at switching to another provider soon, unless someone can remedy this situation.”

“Everything worked properly until US Mobile switched to Warp 5G then my phone only was good for talk and text. Spent countless hours with support to no avail. Finally ended up switching to another carrier for service. Poor customer support and cannot recommend them.”

“The phone and text service has been excellent. Dealing with your people on the phone has been a problem. With 2 exceptions, all dealings with them has been terrible.”
