Phone constantly states “NO SIGNAL.” On the rare occasion there is a signal,calls are full of static… and usually drop completely. Texts arrive minutes… hours… sometimes days late. Internet is extremely slow; using Speedtest, average download speed is .56 and upload is .01 Therefore, it takes an average of 10 minutes to download an app. Constantly plagued by robocalls. Have made several calls to customer service regarding all of these issues, which has been no help whatsoever.

US Mobile has different plans and individual plans that make it easy to build your own plan at prices you want to spend. But with that said you pay a price nothing cheap is ever good and US Mobile has proven that. The whole time I've had us mobile I have had problems with their service and it always is times when I need actual service. I'm constantly not having cell phone service daily and data doesn't always work either. The biggest problem is that when there is no cell service and there is no way to contact customer service to let them know you have no cell service especially when there's no data service and cell service which means you cannot do chat to get service because there is no data and you cannot make a phone call or a text message because there is no cell service! This happens many times when I actually need service and times where it is dangerous not to have self service when alone at night and need AAA or an Uber car and these times have happened to me multiple times where cell service was extremely important and it was not there for me US Mobile have failed me. I have been talking for a long time to find a new cell service and I still am on the hunt for one that can provide my needs. US Mobile should not at all think just because I have been a customer for a long time that I am happy I have been very unhappy with you as mobile because of the lack of service of cell phone calls and data on multiple occasions like as in exactly today 6/5 I did not have cell service when I needed it and had to return off my phone just even get it to work after already trying to chat for too long through your bot system and then finally a customer service I didn't even deal with them anymore it's just takes too long so I just continue to restart the phone until there was one bar left for actual service. I also did not have cell phone service nor data even though I still had 100 MB of data left it somehow disappeared because it wouldn't connect so I was without data and without cell service when I was coming home late at night from a concert just on May 25th. That was extremely difficult since I did not have cell service nor data when I needed it to get an Uber. Also I have talked to customer service many many times not only through chat but also through messages and also through the phone conversation live and they always try to troubleshoot the phone and it's always the same thing all they need to spend more time to go through everything but the problem is I've spent hours on hours on hours with them and nothing changes even this started when my phone was brand new. It's just pointless and useless and I live in an area where cell service is abundant so they shouldn't be happening. I'm tired of it I've been tired of it for years again I'm going to really have to go like find another service I just had to take the time to go find what's best for me so until then I'm your customer but I am very unhappy for years.

This wasn’t an issue with the starter kit. I have been a US Mobile customer for several years. I dk what the service problem was. Neither did US M since it took 3 phone calls, more that 3 reps & over 2 hours of my time to resolve. The reps tried to help ….

I don't receive any reception in my house, and the internet works less than 50% of the time.

Support was terrible. They couldn't acrivate my dual sim and created ticket with vendor. That was last fall and I still haven't heard anything.
