“I stead of showing g concern customer relati9ns these arrogant asses trys to dictate terms forcing might over rights and instead of issuing refunded they give you alow fraction discount to appease you to their self centered compromised. They really believe US customers are Asian customers .... and as such with the variety of choices I will be finding another company with better treatments and better plans”

“I haven't had time to contact you but I've been paying for my daughter's phone line for a long time without it working. It's been such a hassle because every time we get a new device, the phone line stops working. I have spent hours on the live chat programming the phone via complicated instructions. I am so tired of having to do that, and I just haven't had time to do it this time, so her phone line doesn't work and hasn't for some time, even though I've been paying for it. The data is working so it's at least something, but still, i haven't been getting what I pay for which is a working cell phone service.”

“I liked my service until I heard from the Homecare service I use for my husband & my dog groomer saying they tried calling & left numerous messages but they never came through to my phone. That could be very costly or even dangerous.”

“Customer service is very uninformed. They have told me things that are not true, like a the goggle pixel 6a is single sim, and then gotten angry when told that is not true. I have also had a very difficult experience porting my number in.”
