“This is a review for US Mobile Rep Elson Rajput. I was very lucky to reach Elson today and Elson was able to assist me to set-up two additional lines on my account. I tried to set up these lines a couple of months ago but nobody at US Mobile could help me at that time. In fact, the only reason I went with MetroPCS a couple of months back is because nobody at US Mobile helped me. Elson is an amazing customer service rep and US Mobile is very lucky to have him. He was very patient and he is truly a problem solver. I am a senior citizen and I am grateful and appreciative of Elson's skills and knowledge. Honestly, If I could not get my two additional lines set-up today with US Mobile I would have been forced to go with MetroPCS instead for my three lines. I refer EVERYBODY to US Mobile and because of Elson I will continue to do so! Customer Service is becoming a lost art in today's world and I sincerely hope that US Mobile recognizes and appreciates Elson. THANK YOU ELSON- YOU'RE THE BEST!!! Phyllis Collins 541-450-7172”

“What is a US mobile starter kit? i did not receive any… kit? Honey Jon was a 9/10 customer service representative though. This rating should be viewed as overwhelmingly positive considering my CELLPHONE service dropped 3 times during a call seeking i pay extra money in fees”
