“I’ve just opened the packet and they are incredibly grey, not a beige colour at all? I’m devastated as it’s probably not worth returning them now. I don’t think the pattern looks particularly nice either but that’s personal preference. They seem good quality though.”
“Unable to cut on my £600 Rubi slide cutter so ended up cutting every cut with a grinder and wet cutter which took me an extra day over the whole job which was priced. Then when it came to grouting (bal microban no cheap rubbish) they are an absolute pain to clean off the residue! Again been back for yet another visit (out of pocket) to scrub and clean with grout residue remover and customer has pointed out more spots! Not great and I’ve tiled for 20years and these are up there with the worse.”
“The tiles are as expected, but when delivered there were a number of smashed tiles in the box. I submitted photos to Walls A&E Tiles, 3 separate emails and they didn't even bother to respond to me. So I won't be buying from this store again, you expect some breakages sometimes, but to ignore your customers, is not good!”
“The panels are okay quality, you get what you pay for. The delivery service was not great. Both times we ordered there was a delay, so cannot help thinking they promise next day but then blame the delivery companies for the delay”
“Tiles fine but still charged delivery of £29.99 for one box of tiles! Asked if they could send cheaper but said no. Wouldn’t have purchased but really wanted to extend a bit that I tiled before. The one box arrived on a small (but heavy) pallet which was left outside (well covered) in the pouring rain in front of my barn door, had to unpack to enable me to get in the door. Not the best experience.”
