It would've taken him very little time as he had a pallet lifter and we have a working lift. Considering the delivery fee was £29.99, I'm appalled at the service. Products work well, but next time I'll shop from a different company.”

“The tiles are lovely it’s just a shame you haven’t been able to complete the order - the original order came with 2 boxes of batch 032 and one box of batch 028 - I contacted you and the issue was dealt with politely and swiftly - a new box was to be posted out - 2 days later 1 tile arrived instead of 1 box, then I contacted you again, 2 days later another 3 tiles arrived, again all in the wrong batch colour but 2 of them smashed to pieces, I called again, 3 tiles were ordered, they’ve arrived this morning in the wrong batch colour !! Despite being assured they would be checked by a manager in the warehouse you’ve managed to send me batch 028 rather than batch 032. I would nothing more than to post a picture of my project however at this rate the project won’t be finished until 2027! I will say the girls that answer the phone are all very lovely and helpful but I would never use this company again - let’s see what surprises turn up on Monday”
“I was purchasing single width acoustic panel, a single board as I had previously purchased several for a wall and ended up being a little short, I changed the layout in the end slightly. I used the detail sent to me on a trade quote as there was no difference in price. The price for the delivery was a little hard to stomach, but I cracked on.
The item turned up it was wrong. No one knows how it happened...
I was then sent a payment link for the correct item which didn't work. It didn't take me to the basket, not even the same product.
The single panel will now cost me £139.98.
In my line of work I am procuring items every day. It seemed odd that I'd mess up on my own order...”
“We have twice ordered 3 additional tiles to complete our job. Twice they have been delivered shattered into small pieces. Thrown around by the Amazon delivery. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking for a refund.”

“Would not recommend, 3 out of the 4 lights is black at the end with no light where it’s been cut. Says cut to desired length and no cut marks so shouldn’t be an issue. Worse part is they don’t even stay in the panels. Been up an hour and already one has fallen out and the other 3 are starting to come out. I bought these as they are supposed to match these panels…. Well they don’t. Waiting for a reply so hopefully it’ll be sorted soon”
