I love to put this sauce on any asian type dish we make. It goes great on things like pad thai noodles or any rice bowl. It lasts a long time since it is super hot (this is as hot as any of the last dab sauces which I also like). Just put a couple dabs and stir in the noodles/rice well. Just finished my first bottle and getting a new one!

MY taste buds say: This VERY HOT sauce is great on/in ramen, egg rolls, spring rolls, kebabs, shawarmas, gyros, samosas, burritos, tacos and burgers. Mixed with some salad dressing, and it's great on salad. And as a dip.

This sauce was very hot when I first tried it. I couldn't handle much more than a dab or two. It had delicious flavor though, so I kept using it. It doesn't have any numbing effect like Sichuan peppercorns normally have. It has a strong citrus flavor that isn't overpowering, but is unique and enjoyable. It pairs really well with fried chicken and fried pork, and my tolerance has gone up significantly after using it regularly. I'm through 3/4 of the bottle, and I put maybe 7-8 dabs per meal now. It's on the hotter end of all the sauces I've tried, including reaper, scorpion, and maybe even Pepper X, but the flavor shines through and the heat is actually pretty nice once I got used to it.

I want to give it more stars because the fragrance and flavor is awesome, that is of course until heat hits you, which is almost instantly. To the point you can no longer taste the great flavor that this has to offer.

Spicy and complex, but versatile. Been eating it with breakfast every day for years.

This was the worst overall experience of our 9-sauce lineup. It was super liquidy, it didn't provide much flavor at all, but it just burned, burned, burned! It was a really unpleasant sauce to experience!

This one has great flavor but is over the top spicy, and I love spicy. I count that as a win though, one drop in some ranch, sour cream, mayo, or a bowl of chili and it’s perfect. I recommend trying with just one drop first before adding more. Also I wasn’t sure about the oil, but I like it. It makes it smooth for how spicy it is. I’ve tried it 4x and this is how much is left in the bottle. It’ll last me a good long while.

I get heat. That's it. Way too much to use on anything & still be able to taste it. The oily texture also is off-putting. I may try mixing it with something mild, but my guess is that the smarter move would be to pour it on the plants that I'm trying to spare from rabbits.

Sorry the heat was too much! We definitely suggest mixing it with something milder, or adding it as a kick to a dressing. If you'd like more suggestions, just email us at ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
