The shell backpack is nice, but... it was thought to be carried in any situation, and eventually it is uncomfortable in each. I tried it for travelling, everyday use and hiking: -Too heavy to go hiking, and in general it's too rigid (shoulder straps, back panel...) -They say it's waterproof, but even light rain can wet the contents (at least they could provide the rain cover free); -Too bulky to go work. I'm sorry because I recognise this company is committing in innovation and uses good quality materials, but I think the products shoudn't be claimed as THE ONLY solution for every necessity, unlike they are doing now.

I’m a student, so I don’t often splurge on shoes over 100 Euros. The optics however looked great on the website and I need a waterproof shoe for the rainy winter months, so I believed this was worth an investment. Upon arrival, I was a bit taken aback by the plastic-like quality; also the shoe has almost zero cushioning or support, they’re more similar to Converse shoes than modern city shoes. No matter, I bought them for the waterproofness, not their cushioning. Two days ago, I took them to the test and took my first walk in the rain – not a downpour, normal rain for around 10min to the bus station: wet feet. Today, same story, 15min walk (in which I took great care to avoid puddles and such), toes completely wet. The front half of the insole is completely wet as well. As I’ve already walked in the shoes a couple of times and had them for a month, no chance to return. I’m really all-around dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. The quality is lacking and does not hold what promised on the website.

Ordered these shoes as the description promised they could be worn barefoot / no socks. I have never had blisters so big plus the edges cut into my ankles as well. The soles do not provide any support so apart from them being lightweight, I don’t have anything good to say about this pair.

Opening for your feet is extremely tight and I really had to squeeze my feet in, it felt very uncomfortable after wearing them for half an hour. Also, shoe is rather narrow. I ordered a size bigger but still felt it was too tight. The picture suggests light hints of color on the shoe but it's completely white. And then Tropicfeel charges me 12! euros for the return which is just ridiculous. Never again.

Having received the Item as a Gift, I was initially happy. Needed to exchange the shoes ordered as the material was not breathable enough for a trip to Vietnam. Happy to purchase a different type of shoe. Was unable to keep the gift as it was "not paid for". Was unable to exchange shoes as they were 10% off as a first purchase - needed to send for refund. Refund required sending the "Gift" back (in the same package as the shoes) for an extra delivery cost of $45 AUD) or altenatively keep the gift and pay $90 AUD as a purchase. Could only process as a Gift Card - everything sent back with a lower delivery fee of $8 AUD. One week to get Gift Card - reordered new shoe and charged a further $45 AUD for delivery. No matter how I processed the return it was due to cost me further..... Total joke and no customer support at all.

The opening of the shoe doesn't accomodate large instep. I could'nt put the shoe on.

The product never got delivered and customer service put me in the loop to nowhere. In the end I had to file a claim with the credit card company because customer service couldn’t find the package, resend, or offer a refund
