I was suggested GMB fitness by a physical therapist. I have tight hips and shoulders. I was looking for a program that was easy to do at home. I have been doing some of the programs for three years. I feel so much better and have slowly increased my flexibility. My lower back pain has been reduced as well. My only critical feedback is to give more alternatives to those who aren't very flexible. I am no lifting weights again and I do the mobility class before lifting. I also do breathing and recovery classes a few times a week. Those are great additions.
