I have been using GMB as a post-CrossFit program and I must say it is truly outstanding. Not only does it enhance mobility and skill development, but it also avoids the tedious approach of forcefully attempting movements. The flexibility of GMB makes it the ideal workout routine for me, especially when I'm traveling for work and limited to hotel rooms. By following GMB's programming, I never find myself getting bored or fatigued from CrossFit and strength training.
