Whilst satisfied with the current policy I needed to discuss further details for the next years premium.
I spoke to SW1 and was very clear of my requirements and he put the wheels in motion for me to continue with One Call.
However, I needed to speak to customer service to rectify my Pin Number which was issued via email, but it would not allow this number when checking on website to continue. I had trouble in getting through on the telephone when being passed to 4 different people to correct this problem, then I finally got through to SW1 and he sorted it out within minutes and very pleased after that.”
