“I have purchased 2 policies recently from One Call and have regretted it because it is very difficult to get hold of anyone if you want to query anything. You also get passed around from the Chat Line to Customer Services and the other way and no one actually takes charge of dealing with your issues. My faith in One Call was resotred somewhat today by Mahlala Rocket (MR1) who dealt with my issue promptly.”

Maxine brown MB9, answered and was clear with her security questions I did however think these were a bit much: reference number, name, address, post code, telephone no., email, dob etc etc. why not have a security question.
