On making the call I was immediately connected to the agent, who was courteous, friendly and spoke very nicely. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and fully. Normally I avoid using the telephone if at all possible, but buying this Motor Insurance policy through One Call Insurance was a truly pleasant experience - and they came in about 25% cheaper than my previous insurer!”

“Very simple to set up by phone as I could set online ( possibly a temp issue).The lady was clear about what was covered and ran through the policy after answering the question to ensure the policy was right for us.
