My customer service contact Laura LH5 was excellent she answered all my question quickly I felt in safe professional hands. I live in Doncaster and one of the main reasons I use One Call other than there excellent service and support is through there Doncaster Rovers Sponsorship. I found it so easy to contact Onecall to discuss my Home Insurance Renewal. I got straight through without being put on hold. The advisor who helped me (KB6) was very helphul, knowledgeable & polite. I was delighted that Kimberley was able to not only match another quote I had but beat it by over £20 . I would highly recommend One Call to friends & family.

Very disappointed with what turned out to be a broker. I made it explicitly clear prior to taking out the policy I wanted to reserve the right to add my daughters onto the policy on a temp driver arrangement when they were Home from uni yet when I came to arrange this I was I could , I was furious and told them they were in breach of contract,I will not use not refer these to anyone else. Go compere must give the options.

The service i recieved from Jess was outstanding she first rang as a curtesy and left a message and then i think she could see i was having trouble online with my quote and left another message at this point i thought i could do with some help and rang her and to my surprise got straight through to her and she dropped every thing i sorted my insurance out straight away and explained where i had gone wrong with my online quote. I hope the rest of your staff are as good because she was a joy to deal with i normally talk to people by email but she put me at ease so much i would happily just ring in. Thank you Jessica.

I was put thought to Kim on KB6 and she explained all the details and answered any questions that I had. I was cut off before I could finalize my transaction but I did phone back to find out the KB6 had tried to phone me back which I thought was nice.

Tried to buy online but website would not accept payment details when continue was pressed. This happened several yimes and was very frustrating. When I tried to call One Call, I was passed around several departments and kept on hold for ages each time. When I did eventually speak with agent AJ5 he was very helpful, however I was on the phone in total nearly an hour which is not acceptable.

After having a quote in line I phoned the number and after listening to all the options was put through to Kim who explained everything clearly and although I didn't understand some of the jargon,she explained it all. Eg what is a CCJ. I was cut off and after a few attempts did get back to Kim to find out she had tried to call me which was nice. .

Excellent service provided by LH5. Before purchasing my insurance police, buildings and contents, I wanted my policy ammended to compare it to my existing insurer on a like for like basis, despite increasing the amount insured by a substantial amount, to get a fair comparison, One Call still remained better value for money. LH5 was very helpfull and went over all the sections covered by the new policy, some that I was not aware of, I would have no problems in recommending the service provided to date.

Wasn't sure what we were paying for the direct debit so rang up and spoke to AE2 she explained it was home insurance and sent us a copy of the policy which we had not received in the past. Ashley Evans was very helpul and polite.
