“LH% was very satisfactory. I can not however unlock the downloaded documents despite changing the password several times and exactly the same thing happened last year. I think this system needs reviewing.

I made it explicitly clear prior to taking out the policy I wanted to reserve the right to add my daughters onto the policy on a temp driver arrangement when they were Home from uni yet when I came to arrange this I was I could , I was furious and told them they were in breach of contract,I will not use not refer these to anyone else. Go compere must give the options.”
