“Spoken to Hannah Beattie on tuesday 24.03.2015 told her my hotmail was not working so i could not get hold of my insurance certificate. She was so nice and emailed it to me at work. She also asked me if there was anything else she could help me with and i sad thank you but that was all. I have been with One Call insurance for a little while now and I just wanted to say well done to all your staff they are all so helpfull and polite and nothing is too much trouble. i will be looking at adding my sons car insurance to One Call next year. Thank you all once again
