Initial insurance policy issue so no idea how good the policy will be unless I have to claim in the future. that experience will be the test as to how good the policy is - we shall see.......

I got the cover I was looking for except under home emergency where I was surprised to see boiler cover was not included. I had contradicting information under contents cover. I was firstly advised valuables should be included in contents whether taken out of the home or not and then when discussing further on the phone the next day, was told the two figures were separate and not to include specified valuables in the contents figure. Overall competitively priced.

I received a phone call from SC3 who actually reduced my excess as it was not necessary for the higher limit. I have not heard of an insurance company contacting people to reduce this. The person was clear and concise and made me aware of all changes and where to receive them. Keep up the good work

I had to call to discuss a bounced direct debit after having fraudulent use on my bank account which cleared out all my money. Having spoke to around 6 different people and being left on hold for all together 20mins, costing me in phone call usage, each time I was put through to a new person I got put through to the wrong department and spent even more time having to call another new number!!! Eventually I managed to sort the issue but the cost and stress it made by doing so was unnecessary!

Jessica in the call centre was very helpful, and concise with everything she explained. Her manner was very pleasant and warming; much better than most I have dealt with before in call centres. Would definitly recommend One Call to others.

Having completed an online application via Top Cash Back, I telephoned One Call Insurance to ask further questions concerning my quotation. I got through to Kim (KB6) who was courteous, helpful and efficient throughout the call. One issue that really pleased me is that One Call's on line quote remained the same after speaking to One Call. In the past, I have experienced insurers increasing their quotes and/or changing items, for example, removing accidental cover despite my quote having originally included it. Overall, I am very pleased with the price and the service provided by One Call.
