“Very helpful staff, the only area I could recommend is maybe have a dedicated number to press when you call for renewals as it wasn't an option so I went through to the current customer option but this wasn't the right one, on the plus side staff were super helpful and passed me straight over to the correct people where username KB6 sorted my renewal efficiently.”
“When we phoned to renew our policy we were given a discount plus a better class of insurance. We were also given a ten pound discount off next years policy just by mentioning KB6.
This is our second year of insuring with One Call and so far we have not had to make a claim,I would hope service is just as efficient when making a claim.”

When I rang Emma was very helpful and obviously had to go through all the regulatory comments that they have to these days.

was very pleasant and helpful, had good product knowledge and was efficient. Communication was made less pleasant by the over amplified speaker, which was very shrill and at times almost too painful on my ears to listen to and was therefore hard to comprehend.
My password sent via e-mail and text did not work, forcing me to request another password in order to access my account.
The music while you wait is extremely irritating and made the wait seem much longer than it was. I'd rather listen to static than that awful music.
