I have been asked to give the user name of the person who phoned me back when I was going round and round in circles trying to purchase the insurance on line. It was CR1 I don't know if it was your website or my ancient computer that was the problem but if it was my ancient computer couldn't you make your website compatible with older computers? It kept telling me my browser would not work to allow me to make a payment.

Couldn't get through on phone and eventually left hanging on whilst query was dealt with . Unfortunately cost of the calls on my phone eroded the savings I made on the insurance policy . Next time I will look for insurer with 0800 number

This is the 3rd year I've renewed my home insurance with One Call & found it this year , the least helpful. Since my renewal last year my credit card had to be replaced so all I wanted to do was give my new card details to One call to enable the renewal to go through. This took me nearly an hour to be finally put through to the correct member of staff to deal with this simple matter, in this case Laura, LH5 who indeed did her best to deal with this matter as quickly & efficiently as she couldafter such a long wait. Should I have to experience such a slow process In getting in contact with the correct person to deal with such a simple renewal next year I doubt if I will renew through One call again

I spoke to kimberly username kb6 who was very helpful and explained everything which was good. But as i had applied online it would have been alot better to be able to pay and complete on line rather than going through the whole thing twice which ment i incured the cost of a 20minute phone call

I renewed my policy this week over the phone and was dealt with by Adam Jackson (AJ5). He was clear in his communications and efficient. The main frustration was getting through as the phone lines are often very busy.

It's a nightmare getting through to the right department. The options are not clear! Option one states press one to discuss your Documents but this doesn't not include home Cover. I had to call back 4 times to finally get through to the right person. The number on the website is for car cover! My 1st attempt to get thorough to customer service and I wasn't happy. .

My car was broken into. Passenger door window was smashed. I was 200+ miles from home. Was given wrong info by someone from One Call. Waited a day before I called them back having been told someone would ring the afternoon of the day before. Very frustrating to be told I had been given wrong information the day before. Had to drve back to Kent via M6, M1 & M25 at 40/50 mph with just plastic that I fitted over the window. Very noisy and it was bad weather. It took a week for the window to be fixed as there were no appointments, so couldn't drive the car for a week. Not helpful just before Christmas. However the folk from autoglass were very helpful and apologetic that I would have to wait so long and they tried hard to see if the window could be fixed any earlier. .

Very disappointed with what turned out to be a broker. I made it explicitly clear prior to taking out the policy I wanted to reserve the right to add my daughters onto the policy on a temp driver arrangement when they were Home from uni yet when I came to arrange this I was I could , I was furious and told them they were in breach of contract,I will not use not refer these to anyone else. Go compere must give the options.

The price of £50 administration charge for a change of car registration on an existing policy after purchasing a newer car was a bit much so might consider searching for a new provider when renewal is due.

provided break down cover but would not come for a puncture im 73 years old so could not do it myself i was stranded as i had cancelled my previous breakdown provider never again will not be renewing policy.
