It turned that I would have a max of 3 call outs a year and a charge of £25 per call out which was not mentioned during my search. If home emergency is included it should mean that there is not an additional payment, otherwise the cost comparison is not a fair as a person would have to have in mind that £75 would need to be kept aside should an unfortunate incident occur. This needs to to corrected as other insurer's do not charge this £25. RT6 was very helpful.”
