“I already have motor insurance with this provider. I tried to access their web site to obtain household cover, but was unable to complete the transaction because of my poor internet connection.
I contacted by phone and although I do have a hearing impediment my inquiry was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Kimberly ,who explained in plain English the options available for my policy and helped with suggestions for contents cover etc.
Overall a very pleasant experience without any hard sell tactics.

“I used a comparison site Go Compare and was told that the home emergency service was included. It turned that I would have a max of 3 call outs a year and a charge of £25 per call out which was not mentioned during my search. If home emergency is included it should mean that there is not an additional payment, otherwise the cost comparison is not a fair as a person would have to have in mind that £75 would need to be kept aside should an unfortunate incident occur. This needs to to corrected as other insurer's do not charge this £25. RT6 was very helpful.”
