I dealt with AE2. This policy was far cheaper than my previous renewal policy with another provider. I found the on line service easy to use and a telephone query quickly answered by a UK call centre (a huge recommendation in itself).

I spoke to Laura Hulley (LH5) to arrange buildings and contents insurance. She was very thorough and helpful, and the cover was arranged quickly and efficiently. Also, some specific questions about moving house were answered very clearly, and I was very impressed with the flexibility offered on administration fees associated with moving house. I rang one call over the renewal of my home insurance and spoken to a very helpful person on the phone. They went through my home insurance details to confirm that the policy would still be suitable for me and advise on any optional covers. This is the only company that does not double its quote on your next renewal date. Really please, thank you once again to Ashley Evens for being so helpful. .

Excellent service from start to finish, staff are polite, friendly , courteous and professional. The insurance quote was very good which includes , breakdown , no claims and legal protection. Documents sent out immediately by secure email, would definitely recommend.

I had to make a claim in the last 12 months for repairs to flooring following a leak in under floor heating pipes. My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently over the phone and I was sent a cheque to cover the repairs. Fearing a large increase in my premium for this current year on renewal I was very pleased with the premium quoted for 2015 and was happy to stay with One Call. There was a minor problem with my renewal - the credit card used last time was no longer valid - but a call to Laura Hulley (Ref LH5) sorted this out. She was very thorough and went through the details of my new policy (with Aviva) before taking my payment for the next year. Overall I would certainly recommend One Call to friends and family.

Adam Jackson was good at his job in explaining to me in full, the questions I put to him, also made it clear to what the policy contents was offering for the fee that was being payed in House & Contents Insurance which we have taken out with One Call which were very competitive with other third party insurers, we had been with another insurer for a couple of years but gave One Call our business because of the same policy for less.
