After navigating the telephone menu, perhaps the renewal option should be clearer. the telephone staff were very efficient and helpful especially KB6. All done in less than 5 minutes.

KB6 was more than willing to look into our renewal and find a more competitive price, as I found my cover cheaper else where. Fast transaction, pleasant telephone manner, listened to my queries and swiftly answered them.

KB6 answered the call which was about change of payment for a renewal of the policy, she checked and found a cheaper provider for the same requirements and then took me through the secure payment section.

The young lady who helped me over the phone to purchase my car insurance was most helpful. Her name is Layla Beaumont, I was undecided at the time but she obviously knows her job and convinced me to Take out the policy. I am now glad I did.

The price of £50 administration charge for a change of car registration on an existing policy after purchasing a newer car was a bit much so might consider searching for a new provider when renewal is due.

Diabolical company. 1.They misled me to believe there was full breakdown recovery by saying yes where others said NO or "Roadside Only". They did not allow viewing of details and immediately asked for £50 more for full recovery- which is what I wanted. 2. I had to cancel the policy when the car was sold. They promised £37 odd on the phone, said in writing they had said £22. I challenged this and they agreed, by email, £37. 8 weeks later they wrote to me saying they owed me £22. I threatened them with the Ombudsman and they agreed, again, £37. 4 weeks on I still have not been paid. They are incompetent, unscrupulous and unreliable. .

Have already written my thanks for the excellent service from One Call, but forgot to mention the refreshingly Polite, communicative and knowledgeable KB6. She was great and took her time in explaining everything to do with my cover. Thanks for your help.

Called One Call for a renewal. Was surprised (and a bit put back) to learn that I had to pay an extra £30 on top of the premium for my renewal, whether I cancelled and re-joined or just renewed. So I took my bat and ball home and said I would find another Insurance company. After a few days looking at different quotes (Some twice as expensive and other around the same price. But non cheaper (even with the £30 added). On contacting One Call I was put through to a fabulous lady, who explained everything in detail and even though I completed my quote over the phone rather than on line. I was charged the on line price. Even the price was low. I was given virtually the same cover as that of the more expensive companies. On completing my policy it was sent to me by email almost immediately. While reading through the policy I realised I hadn't covered my self for Family Legal cover. I contacted One Call straight away and explained my problem. I was immediately put at rest and was able to get my extra cover (Obviously for extra cost), but without having to go through all my bank details again. I was also very pleased by the way One Call staff take your card details. The numbers of the card and the security number are all done by touch key to protect your card from fraud. (Great system). I have been very pleased with One Call from start to finish and would recommend them to everyone.
