“No real problems just a big increase which change of vehicle also when we had a breakdown had to pay an excess for it to be recovered which never had to do with any other insurance breakdown”
“The advisor I spoke to, Andrew North was very helpful and friendly and explained what I needed to know in detail. I didn't find anything difficult to understand so many thanks Andrew. On a negative point I was not impressed with having to queue to be answered as this incurs additional cost and neither was I impressed with the £15 plus admin charge simply to change my registration number. What I do know is that a email containing my change of reg details does not cost £15 and things like this could influence my decision on whether or not I stay with your company at renewal.”
