“When buying the policy the representative was extremely helpful, clear and concise. She provided me with all the information I needed to make sure the cover was appropriate for me.”
“Was not impressed to find that the "One Call" number at the top of the website was not the correct number for House Insurance, after being on hold for five minutes on that number. I couldn't find anywhere on my policy screen to tell me different.
However, The staff were very polite and apologetic about the situation and my query was resolved very quickly, once I'd been advised of the correct number.”

“Adam was very professional and had the patience to run me through most of the policy which I found a good experience.
I did call earlier in the day to another of his colleagues and I nearly walked away as she was so rude. I don't have her name for reference but it is probably in the recordings...
Basically, I cooled off and called later then Adam convinced me with his attitude that this indeed was the right company to use.
