The process was no more painful than rattling off all the usuals to any other insurance company or broker. I spoke with Samual Wells (SW1) who was polite and very helpful but some of the information was given very quickly and it left me asking for things to be repeated. That said, I do have some sympathy for anyone in this sort of job. Having to repeat the same thing again and again has to be just a bit brain-numbing. The best thing about One Call Insurance is definitely the price.

I have been dealing with RT6 who I found most helpful and ver pleasant. She agreed to call me back this morning just after 09.00 and she did exactly that. Not something that happens very often. If the rest of my experience with One Call is as good as this I would expect to be a long term client

MU renewal home policy came through in enough time to assess my policy details and check new premium. Whilst satisfied with the current policy I needed to discuss further details for the next years premium. I spoke to SW1 and was very clear of my requirements and he put the wheels in motion for me to continue with One Call. However, I needed to speak to customer service to rectify my Pin Number which was issued via email, but it would not allow this number when checking on website to continue. I had trouble in getting through on the telephone when being passed to 4 different people to correct this problem, then I finally got through to SW1 and he sorted it out within minutes and very pleased after that.
